•Account registration information: name, email address, password

•Purchase and billing information: shipping address, payment details (processed securely by Stripe — we do not store full payment card numbers)

•Profile information: golf handicap, skill level, training goals

•Communications: emails, support requests, survey responses

2.2 Information Collected Automatically Through the Services

•Putting performance data: stroke path, face angle, ball trajectory, session duration, putt count, and related metrics collected through the NDoorFun App and NDoorPutt hardware

•Device and usage data: device type, operating system, app version, IP address, browser type, pages visited, features used, and session timestamps

•Location data: approximate location derived from IP address. We do not collect precise GPS location without your explicit consent.

•Bluetooth data: device identifiers used to pair the NDoorFun App with NDoorPutt hardware

2.3 Information from Third Parties

We may receive information about you from third-party services you connect to our platform, including payment processors and analytics providers.

We use the information we collect to:

•Create and manage your account

•Provide, personalise, and improve the Services

•Process transactions and send related communications

•Deliver AI coaching feedback, personalised training programmes, and performance analytics

•Improve our machine learning models and coaching algorithms using aggregated and anonymised performance data

•Send transactional emails, product updates, and — with your consent — marketing communications

•Respond to customer support inquiries

•Detect, prevent, and address fraud, security incidents, and technical issues

•Comply with legal obligations

•Enforce our Terms of Service

Legal Basis for Processing (where applicable): We process your personal data on the basis of contractual necessity (to provide the Services), legitimate interests (to improve the Services and ensure security), consent (for marketing communications), and legal obligation (where required by law).

NDoorFun does not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

Service Providers: Third-party companies that perform services on our behalf, including payment processing (Stripe), cloud storage and infrastructure, email delivery, analytics, and customer support. These providers are contractually obligated to use your data only to perform services for NDoorFun.

Performance Data — Aggregated & Anonymised: We may use aggregated and anonymised putting performance data across our user base to improve the NDoorFun AI coaching model and to publish general insights about putting performance trends. Individual user data is never identified in any such use.

Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of NDoorFun, our users, or others.

Business Transfers: If NDoorFun is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

We retain your account information and personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 90 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes.

Putting performance data and session history associated with your account are retained for the life of your account and deleted upon account closure.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security assessments. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
